Development of Kwu Tung North New Development Area Remaining Phase - Design and Construction (CE 19/2019 (CE))

Project Scope

• Site formation of about 149 hectares of land at KTN NDA for housing, community, commercial and other developments;
• Engineering infrastructure works for supporting the development sites in the Remaining Phase Works of KTN NDA;
• Soil remediation;
• Landscaping works; and
• Implementation of environmental monitoring and mitigation measures for the works mentioned.

Current Progress

The consultancy agreement was awarded to AECOM Asia Company Limited in December 2019. Design of site formation and infrastructure works are being carried out and the construction works commenced in 2024 for target completion by 2031.
